Who I am ?

Thirty years at the crossroads of management, development, transformation and organisational impact. Thirty years of observing the same obstacles recurring among brilliant, competent and genuinely motivated individuals, and a few years to discover that this is not due to character flaws but rather to neurological mechanisms. This conviction, which applies to me and which I apply, became a reality in Montreal, then a method that itself became a profession: neuroscience coaching. It is not a fourth career but the synthesis of my first three professional lives.
With my certifications in applied motivational neuroscience (Canada 2020 and 2021), RNCP Level 6 business coach (2024), my degrees in management and HR, and my recent qualification as a mental health first-aider, mean that within a few minutes of conversation, I can identify the patterns and beliefs hidden behind the decision you’re struggling to make, the fear disguised as procrastination, and the unspoken conflict of values. What I say, I mean. With kindness but without beating about the bush, because what you’re probably missing isn’t someone to encourage you, but someone to show you what you, sadly, can no longer see.
I firmly believe that most career bottlenecks aren’t down to a lack of willpower. They’re down to how our minds are wired. We aren’t taught to regularly take control of our lives and rewire our thought processes. I’m offering you a genuine personal development programme, because that’s where real and lasting change can begin...
