And now ?

What no one taught you
You’ve been promoted for your expertise, or you’re expecting to be. And suddenly, you’re expected to manage people – with all their expectations and emotions – without a manual, and under pressure. You’ll have to shoulder it all, and to do so, you’ll need to make room.
Management, as we can’t stress enough, is something you can learn! Leadership is something you build; the role of a coach is something you practise and refine. Neuroscience has given me specific tools: why certain ways of communicating foster engagement, whilst others only create resistance.
What we work on is your own style, your managerial approach, the psychological safety of your team, and your way of communicating to inspire rather than control. You’ll leave with tools to bring about change, not just orders.
