Vision and visibility

Throughout my coaching sessions with Laurence, I’ve made significant strides toward my goal of changing roles in 2025, while also strengthening my self-confidence, self-esteem, and personal branding. Her insightful and structured approach helped me unlock key areas of growth that are already having a real impact on my professional journey.

Assertiveness in meetings and interviews was one of the first breakthroughs. I became more aware of my communication style and learned how to express myself with greater clarity and confidence. This not only improved my interactions with colleagues but also helped me better highlight my background during recruitment interviews.

We also worked on personal branding and visibility, especially on LinkedIn and within my company. I started sharing more content, engaging with others, and positioning myself more visibly as a professional. While staying consistent is still a work in progress, I now feel much more at ease showing my expertise both online and in internal conversations.

Another major shift came in the form of letting go and energy management. I realized how perfectionism and a need for control were draining my energy and creating stress. With Laurence’s guidance, I’ve begun to accept different perspectives, relax my standards when needed, and approach my work with more calm and perspective.

I particularly appreciated the balance between challenge and kindness during the sessions, which allowed me to step out of my comfort zone while maintaining a constructive and pleasant approach. At the start, I had never experienced coaching and had a preconceived notion that it might not be very useful at my age. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the positive impact of this coaching on my way of thinking and acting.

Some of the most valuable lessons I’m taking away include self-awareness, emotional intelligence, assertiveness as a skill, and the power of letting go. I would really like to thank Laurence for her listening, advice, and support throughout this journey.
